Our
customer satisfaction guarantee means that if for any reason
you are not 100% satisfied with the goods you have purchased,
they may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
to receive for a *full
refund, provided that:

Any items purchased are returned in their original condition
2) Any labels and tags remain in tact
We
will not refund any items that
have been worn, damaged in any way or that have had tags removed
(This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer)

If your order included (free)
delivery, your refund amount will equal the (full
sale price of the item less the original postage & packaging
cost). This is because we will still incur these costs if you
return the item(s). Effectively, if you return any item, you
will have to pay the original postage & packaging cost

If you paid for delivery of
your goods (recent orders) you will receive a refund for the
full sales value of the goods purchased, but not on the original
postage & packaging cost.
We
also recommend that you send any return packages by recorded
delivery, since we cannot be held responsible for packages lost
in the post. Also, please ensure that any packages are wrapped
securely.
